From the developer, "Songr is a free Windows application that lets you search, stream and download music from the Web, without p2p. Songr aggregates results from 14 search engines and sorts them by relevance, speed and reliability. You can type some words from the lyrics of a song and Songr will try to guess the name of that song, download YouTube videos (or just the audio track) and listen to song previews."
