From the author's readme, "Snippet is an information organizer for
Windows. It includes a text editor with search and print capabilities, and keeps it's text files organized in a tree list. Snippet is ideal for saving Internet addresses, user names, passwords, email accounts, or any other bits of information that you might need later but leave scattered in files on your hard disk."
I personally have used this app for years and it is the main tool I use for the workings of this site/blog.
